Melanie Williams

“I use to feel so much shame going out in public and not being able to control the situation.”

“It’s so hard feeling like you should know what to do when your child is having a full blown meltdown in public but not knowing how to help them. You feel judged by everyone around. Like you should already know how to handle that situation.

The Positive Behaviour Support Group was life changing for us. Madeline was so helpful, lovely and patient and such a blessing for our family. She’s truly an expert at what she does.”

Melanie Williams, Parent

“PBSG are one of the few I refer to with total confidence.”

“As a Support Coordinator, I’ve seen first hand the impact of behaviours of concern on my participants. In one instance, PBSG worked with a participant who had been housebound for over a year due to severe anxiety and behavioral triggers. Within 2 months the participant had accessed a local community hub for the first time in 1 and a half years.

They truly are experts at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone asking for top-tier behaviour support.”

Natasha Martin, Support Coordinator
