What we do

Practical, respectful support built around the person.

Positive Behaviour Support looks beyond the behaviour itself to understand what is happening, build useful skills and make everyday environments work better.

01

Understand

We learn about strengths, needs, communication, environments and the reasons behaviour may be occurring.

02

Plan together

We create clear preventative, skill-building and response strategies in an individualised Behaviour Support Plan.

03

Put it into practice

We coach the people around the participant, review information and refine strategies as circumstances change.

A family’s experience

Support that changed what everyday life felt like.

Good support should make sense in real moments, not only on paper. Melanie shared what that looked like for her family.

"I use to feel so much shame going out in public and not being able to control the situation."

"It's so hard feeling like you should know what to do when your child is having a full blown meltdown in public but not knowing how to help them. You feel judged by everyone around. Like you should already know how to handle that situation.

The Positive Behaviour Support Group was life changing for us. Madeline was so helpful, lovely and patient and such a blessing for our family. She's truly an expert at what she does."
